Trish McEvoy 24hour Eye Shadow and Liner is a fabulous product that is going nowhere once applied. Comes in three gorgeous shades. We like Topaz. What a wonderful concept, truly smudge proof eye makeup. In fact you will need to remove it with makeup remover suitable for waterproof mascara. Apply it with a small tipped brush as a liner.
